Shipping and delivery

All Gifted Glow products are hand-poured in small batches. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days; however, newly poured candles may require 7–10 days of curing before shipment to ensure proper performance and burn quality. Processing times may extend during high order volume, seasonal demand, or material delays. Tracking is provided once shipped. Gifted Glow is not responsible for carrier delays once packages are in transit.
