Returns and refunds

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
